  4. Now take a frying pan,add butter and pour in the cooked rice. Add a few mixed herbs, and some salt.Toss the rice properly, till they are done,and a nice flavour comes from it.Remove from heat..
  5. Now plate the ingredients. First put the herbed rice in the centre of the plate. On top of the rice place the chicken kebabs (which will look green in colour, because of the pudina and coriander paste), on both the sides.Now put the prawn kebabs on the other side.
