  4. Roast for 20mins.
  5. Meanwhile mix together the yogurt, harissa and lemon juice.
  6. After 20mins remove from the oven squeeze on the other half of the lemon and return for a final 5mins.
  7. Serve with the yogurt dressing and enjoy 😊.
